Terms & Conditions 

  • All Quotations are emailed. Quotations are valid for 30 days.
  • All products & fabrics are subject to stock on hand, at the time of order.
  • Production lead-times commence on the date Breede Caps receives all approvals and payment has reflected.
  • The client is solely responsible for determining that the goods are suitable for the intended use.
  • Production lead-times is approximately 2-3 weeks (Stock Products) after artwork and branding approval.
  • Production lead-times is approximately 3-6 weeks (Custom Made Orders)


Artwork Requirements

  • Logo Design is R 450.00 per design. Artwork designs allow 2 amendments and thereafter the client will be charged R 150.00 extra per amendment.
  • It is the client's responsibility to approve the Artwork, including: Appearance, Fonts, Pantone or CMYK references, Spelling, Positioning & Logo
  • Any delay, either through amending the Artwork, or delay in receiving the client's approval could affect the delivery date.
  • Branding of Products & Clothing is not always permanent and may wear off over time and use.
  • Due to the variety of materials, inks and branding processes, Breede Caps cannot guarantee exact Pantone matching, nor colour reference matching.
  • Branding colour will be matched as closely as possible. Various materials may also affect colour consistency.
  • All approvals must be received via email.

Formats

  • Vector based PDF or CDR is preferable.
  • Your logo will be redrawn into a format that is print-ready at an additional cost of R 350.00

Payments

EFT is Breede Caps only method of payment.

Full payment is required for orders less than R 5000.00

70% Deposit is required for orders more than R 5000.00

Breede Caps will not be held responsible for a missed deadline, due to late payment.


Delivery

  • Delivery can be confirmed after production has been completed and balance of payment received.
  • We are not responsible for late delivery due to National Strikes, State of Disaster, Load Shedding, or Acts of God.
  • Delivery is free to one address in the Main City Centre.
  • Freight insurance can be arranged at the client’s request at an additional cost.
  • Breede Caps will assume that the order does not need insurance should the client not instruct them to insure.
  • The client is responsible for inspecting the order, within 72 hours of Delivery.
  • Thereafter all ownership and risk pass from Breede Caps to the client.
